Shipping

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In stock items may shipped same day- 2 business days. For custom orders, please message me.

Estimated shipping times

North America : 3 - 15 business days
Europe : 3 - 10 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 3 - 10 weeks 
(if your country is not supported on my website, please message me and I would be happy to help/accomadate you) 
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. *if you need signature confirmation, please send me a note at checkout. i can add it free of charge <3

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery, you are responsible for any loss in value and return shipping costs.

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

I do accept cancellations
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Clothing items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Privacy policy
ETA's given by USPS are ESTIMATES. Seller is not responsible for delayed, stolen or missing packages. If the order is lost IN TRANSIT, please contact me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Care instructions
For paintings: Dust lightly on surface and edges. No contact with water or wet wipes/cloth. Acrylic paints are water based, wet materials may damage painting. If you must take the painting down, do not allow any pressure to the body of the canvas. May cause the canvas to dip, indent or sag on the point that was exposed to direct pressure. All paintings come with a 'care instructions' postcard.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, of course for NON-commissioned/custom paintings and items. Must be in the same condition that it was shipped in. Please return within 7 days of delivery.

Do you accept cancellations?
Yes, of course, for non-commissioned paintings and merchandise.

How will the painting/merch be shipped?
All paintings will be shipped ASAP, in a size appropriate box. It will be marked as FRAGILE and should be in your hands in days.

IN STOCK, NON commissioned items: Pins, mousepads, mugs, charms etc. will be shipped via usps ASAP With Tracking (unless Free shipping is offered, it MIGHT not have tracking. please message me if you have any questions)

Stickers will be FREE shipped in an envelope via usps SNAIL MAIL
